Why do Christians say there is therefore no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus?

and then never read the rest of the verse? I suppose they are perfect and never walk in the flesh so therefore they are not condemned? I wonder what happens when they take their eyes off of Jesus and then sin as a cartwheel?
