Is the World Cup fixed?

Do you think FIFA fixes the world cup? Do they fix it or does it FEEL like they fix it? I got a feeling that the final will be Argentina vs. Brasil (because with the referee's obvious mistakes Tevez's offside goal that would have been a goal even if he didn't touch it and Fabiano's hand ball) it just seems to favor those teams plus the Media really loves Brasil and Maradona (not his team just him) and his controversial speeches....what do you think?
