Where does it say premarital sex is a sin in the bible?

I'm aware of the verse "Any man who has looked lustfully at a woman has already committed adultery with her in his heart". However, I don't think it's truly lust if you're truly in love with someone and want to express that love since lust is defined as out of control sexual desire: I hardly consider having sex with someone you love out of control. I could be wrong, but if I am can you provide me with a verse that completely condemns it?
