Is it true that the experts in the International Law say Israelis right and Arabs are not?

Arabs always say the International Law supports them and condemns Israel,but they never give sources offering us to take what they say for granted without proofs. But what do the experts in the International law really say about the conflict, about the settlements, about the status of Jerusalem?
