I have light pink dots on my chest and back?

So i have these for a while they started when i had my vaccine i think its the hepatitis its the one that leaves you a little ball when you get it could it be cause of that? It doesnt itch, hurt no puss coming out of it and its just my in chest and back should i worry about it and how can i get rid of it? If you know thanks in advance
