Flower which grows up a trellis. white flower with five peddles. large green leaves?

i have a plant with large green leaves. grows up a trellis. and has white flowers! the flower has five peddles with a pale yellow inside, only at the base. the leaves are large and mostly deep green. What do i have?? it is dying and nothing is working!
