Why don't tottenham...?

... get Adriano Leite Ribeiro? I think hes contract expires this summer (I saw this on fm 10) and i looked up on wiki and it doesn't say he re-newed his contract so why don't we get him? yes i know hes not the same player as he used to be but he is better then some of are strikers. but if not him why not fabiano since now he has been saying he is looking to leave this summer. but maybe to save money i probably go for Adriano Leite Ribeiro.
