Yup. He was seen by millions joking with fabiano about it afterwards. He even tapped his arm in the same place fabiano got hit. I thought he was partial to Brasil, but then he went and booked kaka because ivory coast told him to, even though he didn't see the play. Worse than the USA ref imo.
