What should I do about this crush?

I'm married but I have a crush on a guy that is in our social circle. Please don't condemn me, I know it is wrong. I can't help it. There is just an amazing connection. It has lasted 4 years and it doesn't seem it will go away. Anyway, we only hang out once every couple of months . My question is this; should I just try to break off contact? I look so forward to seeing him and when I do I am tired of hiding the way I feel. It is hard to pretend you don't have feelings when you do. So, just not hang around him at all or continue pretending...?
