What should I do about a sex incident?

Well....I know this doesn't sound great and I know it's happened to other people. My boyfriend and I were having sex and we had planned to put on a condemn but he got too excited and went before we put on the condemn. He pulled out before but I feel scared still that I might get pregnant. Is there anything I can or should do? Is it likely that I will get pregnant?
