What is the best straightener?

I have thick frizzy hair:/ right now I have a chi but everytime I do my hair like an hour later it gets frizzy from the back and wavy and it look ugly I do use the chi oil but it doesn't make any difference. What's a really good straightener that you think I should buy? I want one that leaves my hair smooth and NOT FRIZZY! Please help thank you(:
